Tebsin - Stripped Bare - Debut Acoustic Tour

Tebsin is the solo project of April Nisbet, a Rotorua-raised songwriter now based in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland whose work leans into emotional honesty and the messiness of being human. After more than a decade based in Taupō fronting pop-punk band False Heights, her solo work moves into more vulnerable territory — cinematic, melancholic pop that lingers long after the final note.

STRIPPED BARE is Tebsin’s debut acoustic tour — an intimate, stripped-back live experience that puts songwriting, voice, and feeling front and centre. Stripping her moody sad-girl pop back to its emotional core, Tebsin invites audiences into a raw and close setting where songs are shared honestly and without distraction. With shows spanning either side of the release of her debut single Decadence on March 27, STRIPPED BARE offers a rare chance to hear the songs in their most stripped-back and honest form.

Tebsin will be joined by fellow singer/songwriters Raging Flowers and Emma-Kate Newlove.

Raging Flowers is an award-winning Chinese-Kiwi songwriter known for her clever lyrics, dark humour, emotional warmth, and honest songs. Her music explores difficult emotions while finding humour in life’s challenges. Blending indie pop with influences from folk punk, indie rock, jazz, and blues, she writes, sings, and produces her music, with electric guitar at the heart of her sound.

Emma-Kate Newlove is an Auckland-based singer-songwriter creating dreamy indie pop rooted in confessional, emotionally honest songwriting. Her sound is reminiscent of artists like Gracie Abrams and Lizzy McAlpine , capturing the quiet intensity of love and overthinking.
